      Pros

      Big company, lots of opportunities to be involved in large and interesting projects. The pay is competitive and there are opportunities to get involved with lots of different work. Have been able to receive promotions and advance in my career.

      Cons

      Too many cooks in the kitchen, top level management only concerned about numbers in a spreadsheet and not interested in employee development or satisfaction. No training or development is offered to employees. No incentives or bonus plan. Too many hoops to go through to get approvals for anything.

      Pros

      I had a wonderful set of managers, excellent facilities, and given opportunities for responsibility very early. My efforts were rewarded by the managers I had.

      Cons

      Limited training. At the time of employment, there wasn't a employee development program in effect. High stress. Lack of project overlap.
