      AECOM is an International, well organised , professional company ,so the opportunities of continuity exists and gives more safe career ,which helps the employee to build his future in safe environment .

      Cons

      During my short period of joining AECOM, and as a consultant I noticed a strange system of keeping changing supervision staff indivisuals within a short period which will reflect negative performance of the staff and cosequently the copanies evaluation with the client
