      Pros

      The best, biggest and most varied projects await you at AECOM. Opportunities to move around, travel, learn and expand are rife within the company. Brilliant for young graduates and managers both. Communication between worldwide staff is increasing, as such, the technical might that AECOM can bring to bear is begging to largely surpass some competitors. Upper management is very passionate about employee safety. Highly recommended if you seek experience.

      Cons

      Usual large company downsides. Some needless bureaucracy. Top brass are rather divorced from the average worker. However, this is getting better. Pay is lower than other smaller companies, but this is because AECOM know they are desirable to work for.

      Big Company with great developing opportunities, there are endless training opportunities. AECOM is working almost all over the world and this creates unlimited transferring options who are wanting to re-locate but stay with the company.

      Not for people who are not used to work in certain management, quality and safety procedures.
