      Work culture of AECOM is great as it gives freedom of work with lot of other activities other than work.Nobody in AECOM hurts you intentionally.

      Pros

      AECOM is a fast moving environment that keeps changing, keeps you on your toes and motivated to deliver excellent service, so there is a lot to learn. You are trusted and left to get on with your work where you can achieve a lot. The guys are professional, good to work with and will help when the chips are down. I enjoy my work.

      Cons

      Some direction would be useful, just a touch on the tiller would be good. Being kept in the dark can be stressful particularly when you know the business is not doing well and your job may be under threat, even though you are productive, meeting targets and trying to keep everyone else focused and motivated to complete their work or studies. A few extra days holiday would be useful.
