Pros

There are so many opportunities, if you are in the right place at the right time. You could work on the Olympic stadium, or travel around the world. Vacation and health benefits are good. They support team sports and volunteer work.

Cons

AECOM will just keep putting weight on your shoulders until you are drowning, meanwhile telling you that you have to do better. Not much in the way of support.

Pros

Health care benefits are very good. Great technical staff in pockets of geography. I left before the morale made name miserable and before the market gets flooded with people fleeing a sinking ship. Now is a great time to get recruited by competitors!

Cons

Desperate focus on poor stock performance leading to disastrous business decisions with regards to personnel and individual advancement. "Fort building" is taking place and It will be ten years before those wall's get knocked down and offices cooperate effectively with one another again.

Pros

Provides solid opportunities for new, proactive graduates (undergrad and grad) to learn about the field of international development, as well as gain opportunities to travel and obtain hands-on technical experience

Cons

"Doctors and nurses mentality" to management- not many ways to move up in a technical capacity for a certain demographic; Some key Senior Managers have tendency to talk openly and negatively about subordinates in front of others creating a very hostile work environment. A few of the Senior Management will comfortably throw subordinates "under the table" in situations when they (Senior Managers) are responsible for outcomes. Key senior managers don't have any applied technical expertise and often rely on outside consultants to provide.
