Pros

Global company with opportunities all over the world. Lots of professional development available. Good people, good technical expertise. Good flexibility with hours and vacation.

Cons

Still suffering from multiple mergers, structure is constantly changing. Upper management continue to make poor decisions. No focus on staff. People are not the priority. Horrible internal communication. It seems everything is kept secret.

Pros

Great people, had a great manager, give more responsibility than I could handle (in a good way) and worked on many interesting projects with varying responsibility. Sad to leave.

Cons

Managers not allowed to manage. Lots of restructuring resulting in job loss even when our office was short staffed. Continue losing staff due to lower wages than local competitors, unfortunate AECOM is very slow to respond to this.
