Pros
Used to be a great company, but senior management has stripped away virtually all pros excepting decent employee benefits including insurance.
Cons
Treats its managers like cattle. No respect for true professionals--we are expected to act like professionals, but are treated like farm animals. We have all the responsibility with little to no authority and are marginalized to the point we are treated just like support staff. Project Managers have very little authority and very little influence in operations. Despite being licensed professionals with graduate degrees, AECOM crams managers into little cubicles stripping away their dignity just to save a couple thousand dollars rent, which doesn't make its way back to shareholders because there is no dividend or profit sharing.
