      Good Projects, Training Opportunities Could be Improved

      Pros

      Interesting and large projects. Friendly team and nice office environment. In general, most people don't work long hours.

      Cons

      Little value is placed on technical excellence. Lots of training for graduates and directors, but almost none for the Senior to Principal grades. There is little value placed on 'hygiene factors' i.e. delivering on time and to budget.

      Pros

      I worked in AECOM for 6 years in Afghanistan. I promoted few times. It has good reputation from U.S army government. Learning place for anyone who Eagers to learning.

      Cons

      Some department has management people has less compent and higher management does not correct that.
