Company acquires other firms faster than it can integrate the processes of the existing ones Friendlier cultures of legacy companies (at least mine) have been destroyed Too much paper pushing required at the expense of getting the actual project work done Constant deadlines that have become so tight that either quality or work-life balance (sometimes both) must be sacrificed
