Business Outlook
Pros
Pay and benefits are good. My former opco (AECOM-speak for an acquired company) was a good place to work and stiil is. The acquisition dented that but hasn't broken it. There's a lot of opportunity if you're willing to look for it.
Cons
Consolidation of acquired companies hasn't gone smoothly. Senior management is generally perceived as aloof and lackluster. It remains to be seen whether the matrix organization structure will succeed or not.
