Primarily an Engineering and Project Management corporation.. Opportunities to travel, move/re-locate states and internationally Although a large Corp. the "teams" are manageable and work well together

Cons

Poor focus on Architecture Work environment shifting to large, open, “nomadic” floor plans with an open clean desk concept Corporate procedures and follow through can take a long time and lack in communications

Nice new office and good coworkers

Cons

Unreachable simultaneous deadlines, no IT support in house, bad team management. All team overloaded working extra hours that cannot be charged and extremely low salary raise, or no raise at all. So basically they expect you to work for free. Also is clear the nepotism all over the office. If you are someone's son, cuisine, sister of son's of a friend you have the job.

Every other Friday off if your supervisor lets you.

Cons

Incompetent supervisor with big title. They take on projects that are beyond their capabilities. Not a good place unless you want to pick up bad habits and be incompetent yourself. No planning strategy. They hire and then lay you off.
