Cons
The effect of so many acquisitions over the years creates a perpetual state of confusion regarding policies and procedures. The transitioning from legacy P&P into AECOM P&P seems to perpetuate a state of flux. Many middle management legacy personnel seem to be struggling to adapt. This creates confusion in the workforce; especially with legacy workers.
