      Pros

      A lot of organizations are able to impress with their past work or current profits, but take some time to do research on the company’s recent success and hiring activities. Has it been operating steadily during this crazy economic climate? If so, you’re likely looking at a pretty stable job. If not, be careful: you could be walking into a hazardous environment and a job that could be gone within a year.

      Cons

      The physical location is also great. A long commute or lack of lunch options may pull down your everyday attitude. Nothing is worse than going to a miserable work environment every morning—and even worse, taking that unhappiness home with you.

      Pros

      My company was acquired by AECOM. AECOM employees are nice, I'm still waiting to see the advantage working for this company.

      Cons

      Whatever spin they put on how well the merger went, don't believe it. It's been a nightmare. Too many layers to go through to get things done. Overpaid management, too much management and very little communication.

      Pros

      Can't think of any pros other than the days you do not have to see or think about this place on days off, which are very few since you will work weekends and long hours. 60+ hours here are standard. Avg employee at corporate probably does close to 80+ hours a week. no stretch of the truth. Cannot imagine a Fortune 150/200 Company that is worse than this place. Was recently named 10 worst companies to work for in US. This place is so horrible that even outside consultants want to quit.

      Cons

      NO WORK-LIFE BALANCE. You will work weekends and long hours. If you have a family or any resemblance of a social life, do yourself a favor and KEEP OUT! People with excellent work experiences and backgrounds have literally walked off the job here and quit within weeks of coming into their roles. Management is horrible here and will treat you like scum. you are simply a number here. So many people have quit here that they are pretty much running on temps. They will sell you a bag of goods but once in the job, people are miserable here. If you want to kill your resume with a short term role than go for it.
