Management: No proactive involvement with the team. No leadership skills. Jobs that are closely aligned with their roles and expertise are often assigned to team members under the guise of learning opportunities. While we appreciate the intent to help us learn and grow, we believe there may be a more strategic way to distribute these tasks that both leverages our existing skills and supports our professional development. Salary becomes stagnant over the years. No Career Growth opportunities as they will hire from outside rather promoting their best team members.

The pay is not worth the level of effort.
