      Pros

      Free coffee is a good thing they offer - until that benefit gets taken away along with any other perk that would normally be provided in any REASONABLE company.

      Cons

      They have created a culture that demeans employees. Wither this is intentional to get good people to quite rather than lay them off because of the merger, or unintentional, the negative energy at this company is oppressive. I would not recommend this company to anyone I cared about. Who wants to go to work unhappy and mistreated every day? In the process of leaving now...

      Pros

      Global firm - a real global firm with half the employees outside the U.S. Technologically savvy for easy of crossing geographies. Diversity initiatives. Perceived to be progressive. Amazing depth of capability.

      Cons

      Internal cannibalization eroding the spiriit and unmanaged by higher ups. Very bad behavior because of uncertainty and poor financial performance at all levels. Unrealistic deadlines and volume of reporting due to political positioning and perceived controls.
