      Pros

      Good pay rate, decent health benefits

      Cons

      Very corporate, management does not have a clew as to how people should be treated, very arrogant and phony co-workers. A lot of back stabbing and distrust between employees. New female manager told me if I did not become efficient in one year with something I wasn't even hired for then they will let me go. Worst place I have every worked my entire life. With the merger we just lost one Holiday. Stay away from the Austin office unless you are desperate.

      Lots of resources. Many employees to tap into.

      Too big. Spend way too much time wading through a maze of information. Confused state since URS was purchased by AECOM.
