Pros

Large,ambitious, bullish to grow, open to innovation, good team culture between depts, Generally high quality staff /team members. AEG brand is very impressive to external people.

Cons

Poor SR management, terrible HR (very very slow and impacts projects), low salaries, very high turnover over in some roles vs other positions have people there for 20 years and hard to move up. Priority on some depts while others languish.

Steady promotions, inclusion, competitive pay, bonuses for salaried employees, travel, diverse staff, moderate payed time off and family leave benefits. Employer health and insurance plans will contribute to cost based on variable salaries. This helps out immensely for lower paying positions.

Cons

5 day in-office work week for offices. Most often it is hard to connect with staff directly as the corporation is vast and global. Shifts politics and regimes often as it stays competitive in the market. Global digital services have transitioned to a strict bureaucracy now that the political landscape has shifted from US to Europe oversight. Sub-par health and insurance plans.
