Flexible hours and they accommodate your schedule very well.

Cons

Very unprofessional in how management conducts business. When faced with blatant discrimination and lack of professionalism, Human Resources swept it under the rug when it could have been an easy lawsuit. They have no regard for their employees. No breaks what so ever when working until very late which is also against the law.
