      Toxic Work Environment & Unhealthy Company Culture

      Worked on highly public and visible projects Good work/life balance Lots of Perks Lots of Free Swag Good people

      Cons

      The work environment was ultra-competitive and egotistical. Culture unhealthy and management had been in power way too long. The traditional in-house agency setup with a non-collaborative environment. Losing clients quickly to outside agencies and their own in-house designers. It was clear that overall leadership did not like our team and even placed us in the basement next to the trash. HR was aware and unable to do anything.
