      Pros

      I loved working there, it was so much fun. I worked for Staples Center. Lots of awesome people, free concerts. Just awesome

      Cons

      Sadly it’s very hard to move up. If you don’t know someone it’s hard to get to the management position

      Seeing all the events and interacting with my employees to encourage growth even if the organization does not.

      Cons

      Lack of training, completely disengaged employee population, inconsistent hours, non-transparent organization, organizational strategy does not match the culture, turnover rate, and favoritism.
