      Pros

      Flexible Hours , Decent Pay , Great Environment, Being able to watch games, concerts, and award shows is always a plus.

      Cons

      Poor management, Bad discounts, no benefits, drama within the work environment , favoritism. The only thing that makes this job bad is the lack of care for the employees and the lack of experience you'll gain from working for AEG.

      Pros

      You get to work in a fast working environment. And the wages meet performance quality.

      Cons

      It's event based and you have to earn time, by being absolutely available when called.

      Pros

      Management was flexible and attentive. You can't beat being able to enjoy the awesome events that are hosted at AEG venues.

      Cons

      There is pretty much no opportunity for advancement. Working for them was decent for a college job, but there is a noticeable hierarchy and there were competent people who had been working for them for many years who had not advanced. Pay was pretty low.
