They take great care of their employees and really strive to create community among coworkers. Lots of room for growth and professional development.

Cons

Not much negative to say about this company. I wish they were in more cities around the country so I could transfer to other places.

Very large company that has the feel of a small company . Work and life balance are highly encouraged , which is awesome.

Cons

Not a ton of room for growth or to make more money . Same people always seem to get those opportunities while the real "working" staff stays the same.
