Company Website Value Statements can be a big draw for individuals seeking employment--it was for me: -accountable to their teammates -always operating with integrity and candor -focused on providing the best and most innovative solutions -passionate about what they do while exhibiting both a sense of humor and humility

Cons

The reality is that the actions exhibited by the managers and directors are not in line with their proclamations. Employees leave in droves once their new reality is unveiled.
