Decent benefits. Nuclear Power plant usually pays a little better. Good people. Safety is important. Expectations are clear. Culture is truly committed to improvement.

Cons

Unpaid OT- a lot of it. A LOT. Duty weeks, (13 a year). Quality of (personal) life is not the best.
