Pros

Good training, benefits, great supervisors who actually care about you as a person.

Cons

Door to Door sales which customers are tired of people bothering them. Bad work hours and forced to work in extreme heat in the summer. Come winter time upper management expected us to work in freezing temp's. Like most corporate companies upper management doesn't walk the walk. But demands more sales each day. High employee turn over.

Pros

They provided good training which help me in my current sales role. The sales team was fun to work with. The day to day sales meetings where pretty good. The supervisors were easy to work with and talk to. Work hours suck, no real family time they work you until 8p and weekends.

Cons

Low pay, No real career advancement. Open door policy with the supervisors. Your knocking on doors all day in all weather types.
