Nice office space. Good location. Proabably a good first job but not a place to stay very long.

Cons

Wheather nor not it is true, it seems some of the management team were picked simply because they attend the right church. Senior on-site manager is incapable of making decisions let alone good ones. This sends waves of confusion throughout the organization and makes the jobs of the people who do the work that much more difficult. Constant talk abou the great culture but the reality is closer to fear and mistrust. HR = KGB

Pros

I get a sense that my job is secure here. I really enjoy the people on my crew that I work with- many are like an extended family. Lastly, I enjoy the physical nature of my job. Some days it seems as if I get paid to work out.

Cons

Many times, the management seems to be reactive and near-sighted. If this is not the reality, then this insight only highlights the disconnect between upper management and low level worker bees like me.
