-Poor Management: this company believes from promoting from within, but only if you're select enough to be in good with the executives. This means that UN-qualified individuals end up being responsible for things they have no clue on.
-Poor Training: the company will throw you into a new position (b/c someone usually quit) and will expect obscene results and not provide training needed to get the job done
-Poor communication: over the years there, I saw many instances where an employee was trying to communicate an issue to executives/mgmt./hr and the communication was thrown to the side b/c it was not in the same direction as their mindsets or opinions.
