Work is rewarding. Most of people you work with are good people who are willing to help.

Cons

Top management in it for self not everyone. Follow the latest fade instead of doing the proper investigation of merits and issues.

AES usually provides good bonuses and an attractive long term compensation structure. The environment is fast paced but it can be nice if you are used to it.

Cons

Work culture can be tough at times with so much pressure combined with the political environment.
