Cons

Large exodus of engineers due to burn out due to long hours, weekend work, goal posts being moved, unsupportive leadership. Projects are perpetually rushed and under staffed resulting in delays, low quality products. Leadership disregards project schedule inputs from the engineers responsible for the project prior to kickoff, Engineering leadership doesn't understand product development or engineering management, and only gives positive news upwards in the chain of command.

Great environment where you're only limited by your drive and will to make change. Great pay for cleared personnel

Cons

Adjusting from small to Medium and teething issues. These are being addressed with new systems currently coming online (Greenhouse, UKG, etc)
