      Leadership lacks communication with one another, which causes conflicting views and wasted time Mainly a male dominant environment - good boy club vibe good for me but not for thee

      Pros

      AEVEX was very proactive with making sure that my compensation was in line with competing firms in my field. Benefits were good. My immediate supervisors were top-notch and seemed to do everything within their power to keep the team happy and loyal.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership seemed to be a bit out of touch at times. Rumors of nepotism among some of the corporate people.
