      Great pay and benefits, just understand you’re expendable to management.

      Pros

      They pay very well and hire mostly good people.

      Cons

      Leadership will not be transparent in their communication and will not hesitate to fire everyone in a division after leading them on for the better part of a year. There is no interest in retention of an employee if they can hire another one who would cost less to train. Great company to work for just take it with a grain of salt when management acts like they value you, they don’t and you’re fired if there’s no contract and it would cost a little money to move you to another part of the company.

Unfortunately, unforeseen contractual changes are a challenging part of the business, and we work hard to keep employees up to date with current information. Further, whenever possible, we attempt to retain qualified employees by offering available internal positions. We know the contract you referenced, and while we fought hard to keep it, in the end we were unsuccessful. We are still doing everything possible today to bring it back so we can provide the same outstanding support you and many others offered to our military and our nation. Keep checking back in case we can get it done.

      As a subcontractor, they will not hesitate to terminate you.

      Unfortunately, when contracts end, so to do the positions tied to them. While we make every effort to move impacted employees into other qualified openings, it’s not always possible. Losing teammates is never something we take lightly.
