There is a very relaxed atmosphere here. I feel appreciated by my peers and I feel valued as a technician. The benefits are some of the best with this company.

Cons

Not really an option of working four ten hour days.

Large company with a small company feel. All the benefits of working for a large company but still has the small company values especially when it comes to their employees.

Cons

None worth noting. All companies have things that can be tweaked and AFA is constantly striving to make things work more efficiently.
