      Pros

      I joined the AFA team in Georgia in 2019 and that hands down was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Immediately I felt as part of the team and could not believe how easy it was to adapt to the work environment. Everybody at the Georgia office is a hard worker and a dedicated employee and the management recognizes that on daily bases. AFA has created a friendly yet professional work environment where each individual is encouraged to succeed and I am honored to be part of it! Management is always available to help and address any concerns one may have and they are very understanding of everyone's needs! I enjoy going to work every day!

      Currently there isn't anything I would change about my job. AFA is a great place to work!

      Family run feel, they really care about the employees. Offer good health insurance and continued education/licensing for all employees

      This company has many long term employees with over 20 years of service to the company and some with over 40 years. They care about their employees and always strive to make the workplace somewhere that you can take pride in. The Officers know each employee and are very approachable.
