Great to be part of a strong team - Owners and managers are well versed at managing and running a fairly large operation. Very pleased with opportunity present, provisions provided and my position and successes achieved.

Honestly quite pleased with the last fifteen years, growth, hitting and exceeding targets - being part of the general growth and success of AFA past fifteen years.

I joined the AFA team in Georgia in 2019 and that hands down was one of the best decisions I have ever made! Immediately I felt as part of the team and could not believe how easy it was to adapt to the work environment. Everybody at the Georgia office is a hard worker and a dedicated employee and the management recognizes that on daily bases. AFA has created a friendly yet professional work environment where each individual is encouraged to succeed and I am honored to be part of it! Management is always available to help and address any concerns one may have and they are very understanding of everyone's needs! I enjoy going to work every day!

Cons

Currently there isn't anything I would change about my job. AFA is a great place to work!
