      Pros

      I have been working at AFA for 5yrs. I have been in the Industry for 16yrs working for several different Companies and I am happy working for AFA. AFA is a Family owned Company and they provide the comfort of job security. Unlike larger Companies that are ran by stockholders AFA makes you feel like Family and a valued employee and not just a number. Also during the Pandemic AFA was fortunate not to Furlough or lay any employee off unlike most other Companies. I would recommend AFA as an employer to anyone in the security industry.

      Cons

      As a smaller Company AFA may not be able to provide some resources other larger Companies can provide.

      Pros

      Great friendly environment. Every one is really involved and you get the family vibe here. Tremendous amount of respect and organization and every one is so involved to see you succeed.
