      Positive atmosphere, flexible/understanding of personal situations and frequent acknowledgment of my hard work is appreciated from management are some of the great things I've experience with AFA. I enjoy working here.

      There's isn't a lot of opportunity for growth when working in office.

      Pros

      AFA is in tune with their employees. They put a great deal of emphasis on affordable health insurance, weekly paychecks, and a good work environment.

      Cons

      In my 25+ years I really do not have any issues. Many employees have been at AFA for over 20 years which shows the integrity of the company.

      Pros

      Our branch office is a happy place to be - any stress is balanced with laughter. The work gets done with smiles. The benefit packages are good especially when so many places are unable to provide benefits. People throughout the company are very nice!

      Cons

      Often other branch offices and/or customers don't realize the amount of geographical territory our office covers.
