AFA has many things to offer. They are a large company geographically yet they still treat you like family. If you have family issues they understand your family comes first. AFA has been in business since 1873. That’s 148 years. Who could ask for better job history? Alarm techs can advance as far as they want to go. I’ve never been given a task that I couldn’t handle. They do offer training in some areas but if you have questions you just simply need ask. The pay is very competitive and the job security is a plus. Even through the pandemic we were never without work. The benefits are good here but a little pricy, yet, what health insurance plan isn’t. The other workers are great to work with. Everyone pulls their own weight. Help is always a phone call away. AFA is a great company, they hired me with very little experience and I have advanced to the point of doing jobs on my own. It’s a great place to work.

During Covid19, they thought of the health and safety of their employees as well as during snow storms. Immediately they shifted workers to work from home. They implemented a safe environment for those that needed to go to the office, ex: temperature checks, arrows on floor, masks, sanitizer...
