AFA provides a vast amount resources to their employees to be successful in their career. It's a great atmosphere that allows you to focus on the task at hand and make real progress in your work rather than dealing with unnecessary stress from management. In my short time here, I can see how some employees have dedicated 30+ years to AFA.

There are always improvements that can be made no matter where you work in any industry.
