AFB prioritizes evolution and growth, ensuring that everyone is in the right role ("seat") to maximize their impact. This dedication to continuous improvement makes it evident that the company values its employees and their development. Each team member is given personal goals (or "rocks") that align with the company’s overarching objectives. This clarity helps everyone stay focused and motivated, ensuring we are all on the same path to success. Leadership recognizes that it’s the "doers" who truly drive the company forward.

Cons

Working at AFB has been a rewarding experience, marked by a strong team culture and commitment to core values. However, there's a significant opportunity for improvement that I believe should be addressed: the need for more sales representatives to support our customers in Bremerton and the surrounding areas.

Working here has its ups and downs like every business, but the constant teamwork of management and workers is by far the best. It's all about Teamwork here and that is what makes AFB Floors thrive,

AFB Floors needs at times to communicate things a little better when it comes to matters that are of an urgency. However, this is being worked on to improve upon daily.

Employees are given the extensive and continuous training to ensure the knowledge needed to succeed. -Paid well for hard work. -Working independently. -Coworkers are quick to assist and great at communicating.

-Challenges with disconnecting after work hours due to volume during peak season months.
