Pros

Good pay, company provided vechicle ,cell phone and laptop

Cons

No support from management. Company expects technicians to work out of thier residents . Thus requiring them to use home as office. Printing work orders, coordinating with dispatch, then tell employee they won't get paid for any of that work. They consider the first and last hour of the day commute.
