Use to be a good company
Pros
1. Time flexibility (was before the pandemic and work-life balance was great) 2. Good people on the floor (there are really some good talented people) 3. Good pay for new joiners (can ask for some good hike)
Cons
1. No employee benefits (Internet allowance was started after 6 months and home setup allowance after almost 1 year of a pandemic) 2. No permanent office space as it's fragmented into co-working spaces (It was a great env before the pandemic but now the company is almost fully virtual, so don't expect any culture or environment) 3. Bad appraisals (this was always the case in AFourTech for many years) 4. Less number of good projects (very few projects are good at this moment. So be ready to get adjusted for the unmatching domain and skills) 5. Worst HR operations (it was good up to 2018 but later they gave up on all employee beneficial things. Now only and only work) 6. No time limit is fixed for working during the pandemic (we have faced this in the initial days of the pandemic but now it has become a daily routine to work for more than 9 hrs)
