Pros
- Great People! - Very focused on Employees and their Families. Rare to find in the construction industry. Never known them to have a layoff, which is a testament to their commitment. - Growing very fast and lots of new opportunities developing for Employees. - NO MICROMANAGING! We are allowed to do our jobs as professionals and expected to ask for support when needed.
