      Pros

      I’ve been working at AGC Partners for almost two months and I only have great things to say about this firm. This is my first job after graduating in May of 2019, and I’ve learned so much professionalism in that time. I have grown as a more hardworking and independent person in this short amount of time than I have in the past year. AGC is constantly teaching me new things whether it is admin duties, time management, or prioritizing projects. I could not ask for a better management team at AGC, they are constantly giving us leadership advice and new opportunities to shine.

      Cons

      Even though this place is a great fit for me, it is not a great fit for people who are afraid of hard work. This job requires an “all hands on deck” attitude with a hunger to learn. Helping your coworkers and working together to get things done are a big part of AGC Partners. Teamwork is a driving force in the office.
