Pros

Decent hours Comfortable, relaxed work environment Merit salary increases Decent location Potential to advance career with hard work.

Cons

Wayyyy to many middle managers Very little accountability in the various departments Everyone seems "knows it all" Each time a new company is acquired, that business' operating procedures (ordering, shipping, demand planning, etc) is kept - so AGCO does not have one process to follow -it tends to be a complicated mess between the various factories.

Pros

Good work life balance. Lots of people with agriculture backgrounds that were truly interested in working with the industry.

Cons

salaries in the agriculure industry are low in comparison to other industries. antiquated vacation policy. Not the most forward thinking company. Company would make new aquisitions and then starve the new brand of any updated products.
