Career development program is unseen Career advancement even if you are the one applying not a promotion could prove difficult.

Projects are interesting and there are lots of opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Division are very disjointed and can be confusing, however there is a re-org currently underway. Also culture is very focus on shareholder value and is not the most diverse workforce
