Gained experience in wiring and assembly and gained knowledge in thermocouples, strain gauges, and grain bin assembly. "Main" project was disassembly of a grain bin floor and installation of new parts.

Cons

The software used was dated (especially for data acquisition and analysis). I also had to do a lot more physical labor in the heat of summer in the grain bin than I was expecting.

Great Product, Good tools provided for role. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Leadership on many levels don't acknowledge the challenges within the industry. Some management behavior at one location was unacceptable but not dealt with. Sr leadership out of line and out of touch with delivery on messaging during past few years.
