Inept Leadership and poor strategy

Pros

Pay was competitive. Facility was new and nice.

Cons

Leadership was inept and completely out of touch with customers' needs. Former CEO was fired, which helped, but much of the damage was done. Company tried to act like a VC-funded startup using shareholder money. Not a good way to operate as a public company.

Its good work. The people are good. Pay is average. No weekends.

The work can be repetitive. Not much are for advancement
