      - Fantastic team filled with great individuals - Dedicated mission that goes beyond corporate profit - Strong international presence - Ability to advance your career quickly

      - Like any position, a little bit more delegation of authority would be beneficial to those more junior than the VP level (this is more true outside of the Finance team, our head of Finance is truly phenomenal); though AGI is in line with previous companies I have worked at

      The pay was decent... but not enough

      Cons

      Horrible management, shadowed employees for 3 MONTHS due to no onboarding plan. The director has no clue about the industry. My manager was only on site twice a month. THE PAY ISN'T WORTH IT!!!
