Pros
Daily cash spiffs.....if you can get deals to win them. Great weekly pay with commission for deals.
Cons
High turn over rate Drug addict infested Work realease hired people bum cigs and change Poor management High stress enviorment Mess up paychecks refuse to fix or pay commission owed Rude ignorant people payroll lady and adolfo are the worst Will fire for no sales and with class action lawsuit underway along many more i doubt they will be running much longer! Stay away at all costs

Pros
It's a paycheck. If you enjoy sales, it's not a bad job. They don't mind hiring anyone with a criminal background. Very flexible with schedules.
Cons
Lousy pay. Don't believe the post about a $500 sign-on bonus. You won't find an employee that's received it. Training leaves a lot to be desired for anyone with no experience in utilities sales.
