      Pros

      AGS is like a big family that always tries to improve. Atmosphere is good and if you have a problem you'll always find someone who wants to listen and to help. The potential is great and there are a lot of talented people. Seems like there is always something happening which makes things exciting

      Cons

      Due to acquisitions there is always a need to be flexible, also priorities can change all the time as in the game industry always something is happening. Working on different time zones is challenging but manageable.
